BDS Laundry makes every effort to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. In stock parts orders received before 2:30 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday, usually ship the same day from our Minnesota warehouse. Orders ship via standard ground service and should be received in 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping, including Next Day Air and Second Day Air, is available to select from the available shipping options during checkout.
BDS Laundry makes every attempt to have items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
Shipping costs are based on the item(s) purchased, weight, size, special handling (if applicable) and your shipping location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order during checkout. Shipping is available anywhere in the United States. BDS Laundry does not ship to international destinations or to P.O. Boxes. A complete and accurate physical U.S. street address is required for shipment.
All returns require prior authorization from BDS Laundry personnel. Please call (800) 328-1974 for further instructions. All returned items must be in new, saleable condition and must include the original packaging, complete contents, proof of purchase, and return authorization paperwork. BDS Laundry will promptly exchange defective items. Custom ordered parts, electrical items and parts that have been used and/or installed are not eligible for return.
Returns must be made within 90 days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. BDS Laundry also recommends that all returns are shipped with a carrier that provides shipment tracking.
